Useful information What time are the apartments available?
The Apartments are ready for occupation from 5 pm - 10 pm on the day of arrival, following check-in at the reception desk and presentation of identity documents and booking vouchers. Apartments must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Keys should be returned to the reception desk unless other arrangements are made with the secretary's office.Do you have entertainment staff?
From mid June to the beginning of September, every day except Saturday, when our entertainment staff operate a "welcome" service.Do you have safe deposit boxes available?
A safe with deposit boxes is available to guests at set times.What are your beach facilities?
The beach is open to the public who can take their own beach equipment with them; alternatively, umbrellas and deck-chairs may be hired from the two hire facilities on the beach, (our guests are entitled to a 10% discount).Is there a laundry service?
Two coin-op washing machines are available. Coins and soap can be purchased from the Villaggio Innamorata reception desk.Do you have bicycles available for hire?
Yes.Is there any transport to the main town?
From mid June to mid September a shuttle bus service, for which a small charge is made, operates between the town and the beaches. Hourly departures to and from the main town.In the event of necessity, is there a doctor on hand?
In the summer months a tourist emergency medical service operates (no charge). In addition various doctors are available to make home visits (for which a charge is made).Which credit cards do you accept for payment?
Cartaś, Visa, Diners Club, pagobancomat.Are the kitchen corners in the apartments fully equipped?
Kitchen corners are complete with tableware, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, moka coffee machine. Moulinette, funnel, German coffee filters available on request.Is full board possible, or do you have a special arrangement with Restaurants in the Villaggio Innamorata?
We do not provide full board. We do however have special catering arrangements with:
the "Conte Domingo" Restaurant (click on restaurant page), which is open in the evenings from mid May to mid September and offers our guests a 10% discount, on presentation of their club card before paying; the "Lo Scialà" pizzeria restaurant (click on restaurant page) which offers a special 10% discount by arrangement with the Villaggio Innamorata management at the beginning of the stay. The discount is granted to guests who dine at Lo Scialà at least once a day during their entire holiday period. (eg. 7 night stay = 7 meals at the restaurant)How can I make a booking?

Following confirmation of availability by Villaggio Innamorata, a deposit equivalent to 40% of the cost of the stay should be sent by money order or bank transfer, within 10 days of booking. Balance of payment to be made at the end of stay.
