DAY RATES for APARTMENT in RESIDENCE SERVICE - from 19th April 2012 until 12nd October 2012
Rates include the Club Card which is required for the entrance at our swimming pool, and gives you discount on the rent of beach equipment and discounts in other shops; Internet access from the reception and the beach; water, electricity, gas, bed-linen and towels with weekly change and final cleaning (Guests are however responsable for cleaning the kitchen area), parking.
N.B.: The rates are PER PERSON.
Until 13/07 and from 08/09: free arrivals, minimum stay 3 nights.
From 14/07 until 07/09: arrival on Saturday, minimum stay 7 nights.
A = (16.06-07.09) ENTERTAINMENT INCLUDED (provided by Italian-speaking staff only): Miniclub (5-12 years), Games, Tournaments, Water aerobics, dances, musical evenings, Babydance.
* MAY GUARANTEE: CANCELLATION FREE, no deposit is required. Not only: for early departures due to bad weather, you will pay only the actual overnight stays (minimum stay 3 nights).

Rates include the Club Card which is required for the entrance at our swimming pool and gives you discount on the rent of beach equipment, and discounts in other shops; water, electricity, gas, parking, change of bedlinen twice weekly and towels daily; daily cleaning (excluded kitchen), breakfast buffet and dinner menu (without beverages).

Early Booking = 5% discount for bookings with account arrival at least on 15/03/2011 (except 04/08 - 24/08).
Family offer = until 15/06 and from 08/09: for 5/ 6 persons 2 close studio type BVG at a 3-room apartment type DVM rate (min.stay 7 nights).
Honeymoon = (except from 04/08 to 24/08): a bottle of Prosecco in your room and an exclusive romantic dinner for 2 (stay min. 7 nights, valid for marriages this year, requested marriage certificate).
Golden age = until 15/06 and from 08/09: for couples over 65 10% discount (min.stay 7 nights) or 5% discount if less then a week.
Services on request (local charge)
Hire of cot: € 5,00 per day 0-2 years for Residence service (all seasons) and for half board service (seasons A and B).
High chair: € 3,00 per day.
Breakfast buffet: € 8.00 per day/person.

PAYMENT
A deposit equivalent to 40% of total holiday cost is payable by bank transfer within 10 days of booking.
Balance and extras to be paid locally at end of stay (we accept: cash, cheque, creditcard – no AmEx-, bancomat).
Not taken meals will not be deducted from the price.
PENALTIES FOR CANCELLATION
31 days or more before arrival: The cost of refunding the deposit will be retained.
From 30 - 0 days prior to arrival: loss of deposit.
BEGINNING AND END OF STAY
The apartments are available from 05pm of the arrival day and must be released at 10.00am of the departure day.
Failure to occupy accommodation by midnight on the day of arrival without giving notice will entitle the management to consider the booking cancelled and to retain the deposit.
late arrivals and early departures do not entitle guests to a refund.
PETS (not allowed on the beach and in the swimming pool)
Small pets allowed ON REQUEST: in Residence service requested payment of € 40.00 for extra cleaning, in half board service surcharge on the price list to see.
